Admission Procedure
At Apollo Convent Higher Secondary School, Balaghat
The admission process has been designed for transparency and providing equal opportunity to all applicants in line with the ‘Admissions Policy’ of Apollo Convent Higher Secondary school. This is reviewed from time to time to incorporate changing global requirements. The steps that must be completed for admission at A.C.H.S.S. are as follows-
Pre Primary + Primary : Nursery to V
Middle : VI to VIII
Secondary : IX to X
Senior Secondary : XI to XII
Documents Required for Admission
Original Leaving Certificate (T.C.) if students passout from other school
2 passport size photographs of child.
Photocopy of the current class Report Card (applicable for admissions from Std 1 onwards).
Completed Application form.
Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhar Card.
Photocopy of Address proof.
